im not good at keepin up a routine lifestlye. its not boring. really. im not one of those people who thinks that routine is boring. i think its not fun, but it keeps surprises supressed–which if favorable because i hate surprises. when everything is there to fall into place, time, moment, etc. it feels like everything is far more easier. it gets familiar. and familiarity is often, good. it gives a feeling of security and confidence.

where am i going at.

ok. my life has been pretty much tied down in a way. its a routine because other people made my life a routine. everything i do almost depend on another life form.

so. im trying to make my own routine. and i started this morning. it feels a bit ‘ushy’ at first. but hell, why not try. it might make things a bit easier.

the routine:
1.upon waking up. say a few words to God and Mother. a few minutes is good.
2.get out of bed. do a sun salutation. half an hour is good, especially if i got class.
3.if i dont. make it one hour, then brush my teeth and go to the piano. play 5 atleast pieces.
4.if i got class, i’ll shower after yoga
5.eat oats.
6.dress up.
7.go to class

that’s how far my routine planning has gone. i”ll try and see if i can keep up the works for a month.

..seriously, im thinking of “namaste” as closing. but hell, im not a good yogi yet. lol i’ll stick to my good’ol…
